How does the CEU tracker decide what counts as upcoming?
The tracker surfaces CEUs with expiry dates in the next 12 months, plus anything that expired within the last 30 days. That window gives you time to plan renewal courses before your license lapses.
Can I track multiple licenses at once?
Yes. Each entry includes a license type from a curated list of common mental-health credentials, and the summary groups hours per license so you can see your totals side-by-side.
Where is the data stored?
All entries live in your browser using localStorage. The export button downloads a CSV that you can keep on your own device or share with a supervisor.
Is the CSV export compatible with renewal portals?
The CSV uses simple headers (Date, Course, Provider, Hours, License Type, Expiry, Notes) that most renewal portals, spreadsheets, and CEU dashboards accept. Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets to clean it up before uploading.
Can I delete an entry if I made a mistake?
Yes. Every entry has a remove button, and the totals update immediately. There is no undo, so delete carefully.
