How do I get started with EasyMindCare?

Getting started is simple! After signing up, you'll be guided through a 5-minute setup process where you can customize your practice settings, import existing client data (if needed), and set up your templates. Our onboarding wizard walks you through each step.

Is my client data really secure and HIPAA compliant?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) for all data at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on HIPAA-compliant servers with regular security audits. We also provide a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and never access your client data without explicit permission.

Can I export my data if I decide to leave?
