Migrating from another EHR system

What we can import

We support data imports from most major EHR systems, including SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, and others.

Typical imports include client records, clinical notes, and core practice data so you can pick up where you left off.

Start by exporting your data from your current system in the formats it supports. Our migration team can help you transfer records securely.

Once imported, review your records in EasyMindCare and confirm everything looks right before going live.

If you already have a CSV or JSON export, you can bring it with you during onboarding or upload it later from your practice settings.

Because exports use standard formats, most records map cleanly into EasyMindCare without manual re-entry.
