Choosing a plan
Plans and prices are managed centrally so they stay consistent across sign-up, settings, and the dashboard. Visit the pricing page for the current options.
You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from Settings > Billing.
The lifetime plan
The lifetime plan includes everything in the monthly plan plus priority support, advanced analytics, custom templates, bulk operations, and all future updates forever.
You pay once and never worry about subscription fees again. See the pricing page for whether a lifetime option is currently available.
Activating billing and invoicing
EasyMindCare includes built-in billing features where you can create invoices, track payments, and manage insurance claims.
Connect Stripe from Settings > Billing to accept online payments from clients and unlock paid features across the app.
How payments reconcile
EasyMindCare relies on Stripe webhooks to update your subscription state. If a webhook is delayed, checkout finalization acts as a fallback so you are not locked out.
If a paid feature is unavailable after a successful payment, refresh the billing page or contact support with your reference code.
Unlimited clients, no per-client fees
Billing is based on your plan, not your caseload size. There are no per-client charges, so adding clients never increases what you pay.
