Reporting a problem or giving feedback
Use the in-app Report a problem button to send a diagnostic report to our team.
The Report a problem button
A floating button is available on most pages inside the app. Open it, add a short summary and any steps, and submit.
Your report is sent to our monitoring tools along with the current page, browser details, viewport size, and the most recent errors from your session.
What we do and do not collect
Reports are scrubbed of sensitive fields such as emails, phone numbers, credentials, and clinical content before they leave your browser.
You are not required to include any personal information to submit a report.
