What happens if there is a data breach?
EasyMindCare follows the HIPAA standard: immediate internal incident response and containment, notification to affected practices without unreasonable delay and no later than 60 days, cooperation with your notifications to clients and regulators where required, and full incident documentation for your records.
Can I export my records if I leave?
Yes. You can download all your client records as a ZIP file whenever you want. HIPAA-compliant software should never mean your data is hostage.
